The Multicultural Health Service, South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, with funding support from the Cancer Institute NSW, is coordinating an innovative theatre series ‘Alive and out there’ to explore stigma and cancer in culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
As part of this project, the Hellenic Art Theatre is presenting ‘Zoe’s Gift’, an intergenerational dramatic comedy exploring themes of cancer and stigma, and the impact of family secrets. The name Zoe means Life which is apt in the context of this play.
